1. RETURN POLICY
All of our products are duly tested before being sent out. Every item purchased on Winterotics has a return period of 48 Hours, as long as they stay unused. Customer must inform us within 48 Hours of intention to return an order with valid reason. We would not accept returned items that have been damaged or used in any form. Because of health concerns and the nature of items we sell, they cannot be reused, we therefore would not accept any returned item that has been used.
If you discover an item purchased from our store as defective, kindly send a message to [email protected] within 48 hours of receipt of the items.
2. DELIVERY POLICY
We deliver to all parts of Nigeria. Lagos residents pay N1,500 for delivery within the Mainland, while N2,500 is charged for deliveries within the Island, Lekki, Ajah and Ibeju. Orders above N50,000 will be shipped free for Nigerian addresses. Orders outside Lagos are completed within 3 days after shipping; we will send a tracking number for you to monitor your shipment until it arrives your location. Please note that a signature will be required upon delivery.
In the event of any exceptions to our shipping schedule, you will be notified via email or phone call. We will require phone numbers to contact you before and upon delivery for validation purposes.
Shipping is handled on our behalf by courier service providers.
