4. As this is a custom product created just for you, your order may not be cancelled for any reason, SALE IS FINAL. If you want to modify, edit or upgrade the order, you have to reach out us in 24 hours from the date and time of purchase in order to request the changes and to see if the changes are possible, extra fees might be charged depending on your request.

Warranty & Damages

1. Due to the nature of this product, it is not possible for us to provide an exchange or refund as there are multiple concerns such as hygiene. Please understand that this is the normal practice within the sex dolls industry.

If your product or any part is damaged during the shipment process and the box has visible damages PLEASE DO NOT SIGN FOR THE PACKAGE and you should open a complaint with the shipment carrier as that probably happened during the shipment. After that, please report to us so we can also escalate it. Cardboard boxes and even Flight Case might get scratches or get broken during the shipment as most products are heavy. Please report to the shipping company if you see visible issues on the box.
